Services

Peak Behavioral Health offers mental health services using various healing practices to work with our clients. We also subscribe to evidence-based practices while recognizing the origins of such practices. We are intentional about the who, what, when and why of the theoretical and methodological frameworks we are using and examine ways in which they don’t fit for LGBTQ+, neurodivergent and/or BIPOC individuals. With this understanding, we take a multicultural and curious lens to the work we are doing and are always striving to deconstruct oppressive and racist practices and systems.

Children & Teens

At Peak we provide mental health therapy to young kiddos, adolescents and young adults. We understand how even children and teens struggle with identifying their emotions, regulating their emotions, adjusting to all of the changes that happen in life and most of all feeling safe asking for help. Adults

Adulthood is not all that it’s cracked up to be. To be honest it’s straight up BS sometimes but we are told that because we are of a certain age that we should have it, “all together.” Because we don’t always have it all together but feel like we should because that’s what society tells us, it’s very easy to experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, overthinking, worry, despair and sometimes simply just want to give up.
