Medication Management Team
A part of making mental health services more accessible for those who are underserved is providing access to meet with a medication provider to assess your needs or to continue to meet your mental health needs. Medication is not for everyone, but know that you have the choice to meet with a medication provider to discuss your mental health needs and how medication could assist on your journey.
